Trainings

A full refund for a training can be requested two weeks before the training date.  If the request is made after the two-week deadline, your registration can be moved to another date or you can receive a full refund less $75.

If a product is damaged in shipping, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt.  To request a refund or replacement product, please do the following: 

• Use the Contact Us form to describe the damage  (product name, number of bottles damaged)
• Attach a picture of the damaged product.
• State whether you would like your products replaced or you prefer a refund
